On our Operations pathway, you’ll play a vital role in driving operational excellence, innovation, and digital transformation across our business. Over the course of two years, you’ll rotate through key operational functions, developing a comprehensive understanding of process optimisation, business transformation, and customer experience enhancement.
On our Technology and IT pathway, you will go through various departments and gain in-depth insights into the IT world. From the very beginning, you will take on responsibility and work on exciting projects.
Qualifikation
Possess excellent analytical skills and have a strong interest in process optimization
Be creative in problem-solving and enjoy working in a structured and independent manner
Have team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments
Be proficient in MS Office
Be fluent in both German and English
Have an analytical mindset and enthusiasm for solving complex challenges
